We offer trackable RoyalMail worldwide shipping. Shipping fee may differ due to different areas, it'll be calculated at checkout.

TAX AND DUTIES

It's your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by En-G-Minor and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law.

All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used originally to purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or original shipping charges incurred and will be refunded in the currency in which you paid at the price you paid at the exchange rate prevailing on the day when you bought the item.

Exchange

The return must be requested within 3 calendar days of the delivery date. We don't accept any return and exchange without a quality problem. The product should be unworn, new condition, tag attached with original packaging. Please contact contact@en-g-minor.com if you have any question.
